The Y-Zone is a Yonkers based digital opportunity zone (DOZ) that will provide free internet access via a community based network using CBRS technology. This service will be able to serve up to 500 households within southwest Yonkers. In an effort to close the digital divide (the gap created when there is a lack of access to digital tools and skills), the Y-Zone offers 2 completely FREE registration options for Yonkers residents who live in the Y-Zone service area:

- Access: free access to the Y-Zone internet service through a small antenna that gets set up in the resident’s home

 -Access Plus: 15 hours of digital skills training and a chromebook
