Enter in-person:

1) Drop by our 914 Smiles office (131 Central Avenue, Tarrytown, NY) dressed up in your Halloween costume.

2) Let a 914 team member know you'd like to participate and they'll snap a photo of you for your entry online. We'll add your name and photo to the contest post and you're done!

The last day to enter is Halloween, Oct 31st, 2021. The winner must be able to pick up their prize at our Tarrytown, NY office.
