THE TRIAL COULD BE MESSY: Basically, the article was accusing Mayor #MikeSpano, Yonkers PBA President #KeithOlson and Yonkers

Yonkers Police Department Commissioner John Mueller of committing a crime and if their lawyer can uncover the police sources for the article that may be all that is needed to initiate #WestchesterCounty DA #MimiRocah or #NewYorkState Attorney General #TishJames investigation of them.

ALLEGED DIRTY DEAL: Supposedly in exchange for for a Mueller getting the county appointment it is alleged that #YonkersPBA President #KiethOlson would open up his unions coffers to County Executive #GeorgeLatimer and New York State Senator Shelley Mayer

Could George Latimer and Shelly Mayer get dragged into a WestchesterDA or New York State Attorney Investigation if Mueller and Olson are unable to uncover and go after Yonkers Tribune Publisher Hezi Aris' police Department Sources?

This might not be good for Shelley Mayer, who has pretty much put the #SheldonSilver Scandal behind her.

But Olson's lawyers insisted on bringing up that Shelley Mayer was supposedly being escorted around town by some "mob guy" and was seeking to have him identified in public court documents.

It also could potentially jeopardize George Latimer's rumored New York state job after he supposedly helps Yonkers resident Kenneth Jenkins become the next county executive.

However, George Latimer has denied that he was propositioned with union money by Mayor Mike Spano and PBA President Kieth Olson in an effort to get John Mueller a Westchester County Police Department Commissioner appointment.

In documents that originated from the Mueller / Olson camp it is revealed that Yonkers Tribune Publisher #HeziAris under questioning stated that his source was #YPD personnel that were supposedly at the meeting.

In a bizarre twist Kieth Olson's lawyer stated that Hezi Aris' article about a #YPD fourth precinct "beer fest" party prevented John Mueller from getting the appointment as Westchester County Police Commissioner.

And there was some questioning about a vetting process that county executive George Latimer may or may not done about John Mueller.

Then Kieth Olson's lawyer intimated that John Mueller withdrew his application to be the Westchester County Police Commissioner after Publisher Hezi Aris' fourth precinct "beer fest" article came out.

At this point Mueller / Olson's lawyer went of a fishing expedition asking if the police sources were and asking if it was confirmed with #RayMontero, #RobertItzla and #BrianPappas but Yonkers Tribune Publisher Hezi Aris answered no.

Despite hundreds of pages of deposition seeking to uncover #YonkersTribune publisher Hezi Aris' police department sources, he repeatedly refused to give them up yo Mueller / Olson's lawyers.

Publisher Hezi Aris stated in the day long deposition that he had no personal animosity towards #YonkersPBA President Kieth Olson and only reported what was presented to him as a public service, in an effort to hold public officials accountable to the taxpayers of Yonkers and Westchester County.

Kieth Olson's attorney was upset that the PBA President was refereed to as a "cheese eating rat" , but Publisher Hezi Aris claimed that many #YonkersPD officers used this phrase when describing the union leader.

Also, Keith Olson's attorney want to find out, who told Publisher Hezi Aris that he allegedly assaulted someone in front of #ZuppasRestaurant in front of Mayor Mike Spano.

Moreover, there was some question in the court documents on if Yonkers Police Commissioner John Muller could have possibly perjured himself under oath in a March 22nd deposition concerning some kind of fourth precinct "beer fest" party.

The was also statements made about YPD officers getting ill and dying from COVID, because CDC guidelines were allegedly not followed.

An argument was made that YPD Detective #WilliamSullivanSr. was supposedly put in harms way by putting him on patrol, when he was over weight diabetic, suffered from heart disease and had high blood pressure, along with other underlying conditions..

It is alleged that a failure to follow CDC guidelines contributed greatly to Detective Sullivan's death.

Even worse it is alleged that Detective Sullivan was put on patrol by the YPD commissioner Mueller as some sort of punishment or a grudge Mueller had against the detective.

Detective Sullivan supposedly went to his union head Kieth Olson to get out of the deadly situation, but was told there was nothing that could be done to help him.

However, apparently just eight days before Detective Sullivan's death and possibly because he was already deathly ill from COVID, Commissioner John Mueller issued an order that would have allowed person in Detective Sullivan's situation to stay home without penalty.

Publisher Hezi Aris said he considered his sources reliable, because they were #YonkersPolice officers and often in high ranking supervisory positions.

Publisher Hezi Aris repeatedly told the lawyer that he will not give up the police officers, who were his journalistic sources to Mueller and Olson in this case, because he fears they will take retribution against the whistle blowers.

And Olson's lawyer wanted to know if any of Publisher Hezi Aris' sources had a drinking problem and he said he was unaware of any such situation.

Kieth Olson's lawyer seems to be going on a Yonkers wide fishing expedition, because he says he wants the IP Addresses of all of all the people that made a comment on Publisher Hezi Aris's website for the last ten years - and not just the confidential police sources that provided information to the Yonkers Tribune.

There also was much deposition questioning on if the #YonkersDPW moved Kieth Olson's and his sister Kelly Olson-Chiarella's personal possessions into two separate waterfront apartments at taxpayer expense, as well as, if DPW Commissioner #TomMeier or Mayor Mike Spano approved this use of DPW workers.

In fact it was brought in the deposition that PBA President Kieth Olson called up Hezi Aris's radio station program and was allowed to tell his side of the story.

It was further reviled that PBA President Kieth Olson wrote an article called, "Setting The Record Straight, The Real Truth" and Hezi Aris published the article in its entirety, basically demonstrating that there was no "malicious intent" against the PBA president, which is a necessary component in a defamation lawsuit against a public official like Olson.

If this case goes to trial it should make for some very interesting Yonkers headlines in the coming months.
