POLICE UNION ATTACK: Yonkers Police Department Det. Keith Olson Is Attacking Westchester County District Attorney #MimiRocah, Who Was Elected On A Promise Of Police Reform

Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah's decision to charge a #NewRochelle detective #MichaelVaccaro for assaulting a #MountVernon man in police custody

Detective Michael Vaccaro is accused of striking the man multiple times with his fist, trying to kick him and pressing his face into the pavement, while other New Rochelle police officers already had the man, #MalikFogg, in custody.

Malik Fogg was arrested on Feb. 15 and charged with misdemeanor charges and motor vehicle and traffic violations.

But #Yonkers Det. Keith Olson, who is also the president of the Affiliated Police Associations of Westchester, the president of the Yonkers Police Benevolent Association, say DA Mimi Rocah made a "ridiculous decision" and a sloppy investigation.

Mimi Rocah, has promised to "vigorously pursuing" the prosecution of police officers, specifically those involved in "off-duty road rage incidents,"
